What’s wrong with this picture? First, these taxis (Mikki and Wave) reportedly do not have a permit to pick up passengers in this area at Chamorro Village. But aside from loading passengers, they even made this their waiting bay! This is to the detriment of the other taxi groups who are duly registered with the Chamorro Village office who maintain a loading area across the street every Wednesday. Sources say that a top official is the alleged protector of these taxis that have obviously made them to be above the law. How true???/ Photo by D.M. Romulo
